启迪桑德美国洛杉矶项目简介
项目一：美国洛杉矶过期食品及餐厨垃圾处理项目
美国洛杉矶过期食品及餐厨垃圾处理项目建设地点位于洛杉矶市东部地区，属于莫哈韦沙漠的边缘，项目规模为600吨/天（其中一期工程为300吨/天）占地约100亩，处理工艺采用我公司中温卧式干式厌氧发酵技术；建设内容有：干湿分离及预处理单元、湿垃圾干式厌氧发酵单元、沼气储存与净化单元、沼气发电与余热利用单元、沼渣脱水单元、沼渣堆肥单元、沼液处理单元、臭气处理单元、其它附属设施。主要产品有电能、沼气、干垃圾（杂质）、有机肥。
项目二：洛杉矶绿色垃圾堆肥项目
洛杉矶绿色垃圾堆肥项目建设地点与过期食品及餐厨垃圾处理项目位于同一个园区，项目规模为750吨/天，绿色垃圾处理厂区占地约100亩。该项目采用先进的GORE 膜覆盖无臭好氧堆肥工艺。此工艺是一种静态与动态相结合的堆肥技术，兼顾静态与动态堆肥的优点，成功的将堆肥设备、堆肥工艺、堆肥经验完美的整合起来，生产高品质有机肥的同时，还具有运行成本低，防止臭气外溢等优点。
2017年7月国办下发《关于禁止洋垃圾入境推动固体废物进口管理制度改革实施方案》后空前加强固体废物进口管理，原有垃圾出口的价值链被打破，新的价值链将会逐步建立。加州政府对固废资源化非常重视，政府对资源化回收率逐步提高。启迪桑德在餐厨垃圾处理、有机垃圾堆肥以及废旧资源回收有非常丰富的运营管理经验。洛杉矶餐厨垃圾以及绿色垃圾处理项目的设立，可提高公司在国际上的影响力，实现产业布局国际化的战略目标。
